I have worked with Kings Health Partners on several fundraising campaigns. This piece for the Guys' and St Thomas' supporter blog was part of the Charity's coronavirus campaign, designed to encourage donations to help pay for staff wellbeing zones which include one-to-one mental health support, healthy snacks, and massage chairs.
Personal accounts are the most compelling fundraising stories. And Stephen Cutler’s experience of being a senior nurse on the front line of treating Covid-19 patients at St Thomas’ in 2020 was incredibly powerful. He shared his fears but also the importance of public support and wellbeing to help him and his colleagues during some of the toughest shifts of their lives.
